I get it.
I’ve been there.

Twelve years into my professional career, I found myself as a new mom sitting in a Vice President’s chair for a global brand while also running my own business. People always ask, “how do you do it all?” First, I don’t. I believe in a blend, not an unattainable balance, because burnout is real.

It wasn’t easy making my way to executive leadership in a male dominated industry. I had to focus on my strengths and improve my weaknesses, while sharpening my leadership skills.

Learning to not fear failure, trust the process and take the opportunities presented has served me well.

Servant Leadership

Everyone should be acknowledged for their abilities, effort and drive. Unfortunately, this doesn't always happen. In my coaching, I follow a Servant Leadership approach. This means I emphasize key values to help you advance quickly while staying true to yourself.

This powerful approach prioritizes the needs of others, focusing on empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of growth and success. Unlike traditional leadership styles, a servant leader puts people first, ensuring that their team members have the tools, support, and encouragement they need to thrive both personally and professionally.

This leadership style is not just about achieving results but about building trust, developing future leaders, and cultivating an environment where individuals feel valued and inspired. Servant leaders listen actively, empathize with their teams, and demonstrate a commitment to the greater good, which leads to higher engagement, increased loyalty, and better overall performance.

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, organizations led by servant leaders often experience lower turnover, stronger relationships, and more innovative solutions. By serving others first, these leaders unlock the potential within their teams, driving not just success but meaningful, sustainable impact.

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."
